MEET & GREET

MEET & GREET

With the clocks recently changing and gloomy dark evenings quickly becoming the norm, the Aldershot Neighbourhood Policing Team took the opportunity to get the high-vis on and undertake a proactive patrol of the Municipal Gardens as the light rapidly faded. It was great to see so many people continuing to use the area to walk home after school or work or to let the dog run around for a while.

While patrols like this can help to detect and prevent crime, they also give us and you the opportunity to listen and talk to each other.  Thank you to those that took the time to chat and our apologies if the blue lights caused any concerns; we let some children explore the inside of a patrol car and they found all the buttons.
